Cushman & Wakefield serves as the dedicated leasing and management team for OneAmerica Tower, a prestigious high-rise office complex located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. For decades, OneAmerica Tower has been the preferred choice for corporations seeking Class A office space in the city.

Boasting 38 floors of top-notch suites, OneAmerica Tower exudes a modern and inviting ambiance, making it a standout choice. Moreover, it’s conveniently situated within walking distance of several of the city’s iconic attractions.

The Project:

In 2022, Cushman & Wakefield entrusted the Blue Iris Marketing team with the task of revitalizing their online presence. The objective was to transform their website into a modern, user-friendly platform. This redesign aimed to emphasize the exceptional amenities of OneAmerica Tower and provide prospective tenants with an engaging and informative experience.

The project encompassed:
