The Client – Natural Springs Resort:

The Project:

Prior to the campground’s season-opening in 2021, the Client requested that the Blue Iris Marketing team upgrade their existing WordPress website. In order to improve the user experience, the customer wished to update the overall design first. For example, the RV and cabin rental pages lacked consistency in their design, resulting in high bounce rates. The customer wanted to highlight several of its recently refurbished lodging and seasonal activities. Blue Iris Marketing has carried out the following items:

  • Minimized the number of pages in navigation from 2o to 12
  • Organized all the content and pages to make it easier for users to find key information
  • Created responsive page designs allowing the site to be viewed on all devices
  • Implemented OnPage SEO to generate more leads and traffic
  • Installed existing Google Analytics code

The Goal:

  • Redesign the existing website to be more visually appealing with an easy user interface
  • Improve layout and content which allows the users to more easily find important information, resulting in more bookings
  • Improve design to match new branding, logo, and messaging
  • Generate more traffic
  • Increase number of bookings
